Hello beautiful, I’m Kathryn — a SOMA Breath Facilitator, speaker, and sacred space holder for women ready to come home to themselves.

For years, I felt like I was searching outside myself for answers… but it was through the power of breath, presence, and divine remembrance that I finally returned to my truth.

Now, I guide other women through the same awakening, helping them release old patterns, reconnect to their bodies, and remember the radiance they’ve always carried.

I believe your breath is a sacred key. And when we unlock it together, everything begins to shift.

This work isn’t just about breathwork — it’s about reclaiming your joy, your voice, and your inner wisdom… one sacred inhale at a time.

Kathryn's Breathwork and Meditation class was absolutely fantastic and I highly recommend it. The series of movements and breathwork perfectly meets you where you are emotionally and physically to allow relaxation and reinvigoration. Kathryn is an expert guide, recognizing the individual needs of her students and using appropriate tone, vocabulary, encouragement, education and motivation throughout the session.
